国际学生入学条件

To be eligible, candidates must:
Hold a bachelor's degree* with a specialization, or a major in mechanical engineering (or equivalent) with a minimum average of 70% (B).
Identify at least one professor who is willing to supervise your research and thesis.
We recommend that you contact potential thesis supervisors as soon as possible.
To enroll, you need to have been accepted by a thesis supervisor.
The supervisor's name is required at the time of application.
The Accelerated Stream has four additional requirements:
Completion of two graduate level courses in mechanical engineering (MCG) or advanced materials and manufacturing (AMM) each with 70% (B) or higher grade. The choice of the two graduate courses shall be pre-approved by the graduate program thesis supervisor.
Must be completing or have completed an undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering or Biomedical Mechanical Engineering at the University of Ottawa.
Completion of MCG4100 or MCG4220 - Thesis with 80% (A-) or higher grade. It is normally expected that the undergraduate thesis supervisor will be the same as the master's thesis supervisor but exceptions may be allowed.
Have an admission average of A- (80%) or higher.
