Applicants must have

earned a baccalaureate degree in engineering from institutions with ABET-accredited programs (not required for MS in Operations Research),
earned a minimum 3.0/4.0 grade point average for their baccalaureate work
earned minimum GRE scores of 145 (Verbal) and 155 (Quantitative)

In order to be considered for admission to degree programs with no additional English language training required, applicants must meet the following minimums on the TOEFL or IELTS.

TOEFL (iBT): all sub-scores greater than or equal to 18 OR

IELTS: all sub-scores greater than or equal to 6.0

The electrical engineering program includes specialization to suit the desired needs of students. From these specializations students choose majors and minors for both degree programs. A student may also choose a minor from computer engineering or other engineering areas based on the advice of a faculty member in the ECE department.<br>The MSE in Electrical Engineering is a great choice for students to build on their BSEE and learn how to design and develop electrical systems. The program provides students with the knowledge and skills needed to design and implement electrical systems and networks. It also prepares students for leadership roles in the field of electrical engineering.
