Applicants may submit unofficial copies of transcripts while applying for admission. However, admitted students are required to submit official transcripts in order to enroll at UHM. A master’s degree with a GPA of 3.0 or better TOEFL iBT - Minimum score 61 TOEFL iBT IELTS- Minimum score is 6.00 for the IELTS Academic overall band test results.

The Electrophysics group is a multidisciplinary team addressing a broad range of engineering challenges ranging from complete systems to the applications of micro/nano-scale science. We focus on the design and fabrication of novel devices, circuits and systems. We have active research in the areas of nanoelectronics, micro/nano-fluidics, integrated circuits, microrobotics, MEMS, RF/microwave/millimeter-wave systems, and photonics.
