General GPA requirements for all majors is a 2.50 on a 4.00 scale Originals or certified copies of all marked sheets (all years of high school), transcripts, diplomas, leaving certificates, A or O levels, and/or leaving certificates from high school or other academic institutions. The geosciences geology concentration is intended to prepare students for graduate programs, field-oriented careers, or employment in the petroleum industry. This concentration gives students a solid foundation within many geologic disciplines. Students have numerous opportunities to go on field trips and work on independent research projects.
