Mechanical Engineering Technicians’ responsibilities often include setting up and programming automation equipment; preparing and presenting technical reports and drawings; using precision instruments for inspection and testing; planning, implementing; and evaluating quality assurance procedures. Our program features face-to-face learning from industry professionals to give you the career skills that top employers need right now. Extensive hands-on labs with current industrial equipment. Industrial automation including robots, CNC machining and PLC programming. 3D modelling and prototyping with Autodesk Inventor. Manufacturing processes including machining, metal forming, hydraulics, pneumatics, lean manufacturing, and others. Quality inspection and analysis of data.
