Admission to any Ph.D. program in engineering requires:
The completion, or near completion, of a master's degree in engineering or physical science
Submission of scores for the General Test of the Graduate Record Examination (GRE)

TOEFL 79 on the internet-based test, or 550 on the paper-based test.
IELTS minimum overall band score of 6.5 is required
