A BS degree in engineering or closely related field is required. Other admission requirements are the same as those for the MS degree in CIVE except GRE and GMAT scores are not required.

GRE General Test for M.S. and Ph.D. applicants – pending until Spring 2023

Those seeking advanced degrees may be recommended for admission to the Graduate School by the department to which the application is submitted if faculty and facilities are available and if all the applicant's undergraduate grades average 3.0 or higher (A = 4.0). International applicants must rank among the top students in their classes. For strongest admission consideration, applicants should have a 3.25 GPA or higher on a scale of A = 4.0.

Minimum TOEFL score for admission without condition is 550 (paper based), or 80 (internet based).
Minimum IELTS score for admission without condition is 6.5.

Whether you are a practicing engineer with years in the industry or a recent graduate with your bachelor's degree, the Master of Engineering will allow you to hone your existing knowledge in a more specialized field within civil and environmental engineering.<br>With no research or thesis requirement, the coursework-only program provides an opportunity to enhance your knowledge in one of seven tracks within civil and environmental engineering.<br>Each track has unique coursework requirements and elective options, but all tracks provide flexibility for pursuing your greatest interests.
