Our Engineering Technology Management program builds technical expertise and managerial skills that prepare graduates to bridge the gap between engineering and business, and to achieve management success in industries requiring efficient, technology-driven operations and innovation. The ETM Program is designed primarily for transfer students who have earned an ABET-accredited associate degree in engineering technology or a closely related field, and who now wish to complete a bachelor's degree geared toward management positions.<br><br>The program builds on the student's technically focused associate degree in engineering technology, the EMT degree-completion coursework is focused on managing those technologies, personnel, and resources.<br><br>Our program's mission is to accelerate the careers of engineering and technical managers by expanding their ability to communicate, build teams, inspire others, and make data-driven decisions. Our vision is for EMT graduates to become the most sought-after industry managers.
