国际学生入学条件
Applicants must have at least one year (2,000 hours) of clinical experience as an occupational therapist or equivalent experience in another therapeutic field. Post-graduate therapy-related research will be considered as partial fulfillment of this requirement.
Students must also have successfully completed the National Board Certification in Occupational Therapy examination or an international equivalent.
Additional prerequisites include:
4000 or 5000-level English composition course (3 credits)
Students must have earned a grade of B or higher. An approved writing sample of at least five pages as evidence of graduate writing ability may be submitted in place of this course.
OCTH 5011 Fundamentals of Occupational Science (3 cr)
Master's-level applicants may submit a comparable course taken within the last five years for consideration. Students may also choose to take a competency exam but must score at least a 75 percent to bypass this course requirement.
OCTH 5010 Foundations of Occupational Therapy: Theories, Domains and Processes (3 cr)
Master's-level applicants may submit a comparable course taken within the last five years for consideration. Students may also choose to take a competency exam but must score at least a 75 percent to bypass this course requirement.

A 500-word personal essay detailing your goals and intentions for pursuing an O.T.D.

Requirements for International Students
All admission policies and requirements for domestic students apply to international students. International students must also meet the following additional requirements:
Demonstrate English Language Proficiency
Financial documents are required to complete an application for admission and be reviewed for admission and merit scholarships.
Proof of financial support that must include:
A letter of financial support from the person(s) or sponsoring agency funding the student's time at Saint Louis University
A letter from the sponsor's bank verifying that the funds are available and will be so for the duration of the student's study at the University
Academic records, in English translation, of students who have undertaken postsecondary studies outside the United States must include:
Courses taken and/or lectures attended
Practical laboratory work
The maximum and minimum grades attainable
The grades earned or the results of all end-of-term examinations
Any honors or degrees received.
