AAB
including Maths and either Physics, Chemistry or Electronics
A Levels (Plus) additional qualifications ABB, including Maths and either Physics, Chemistry or Electronics (Plus) B in a relevant EPQ, ABB, including Maths and either Physics, Chemistry or Electronics (Plus) B in AS or A Level Further Maths
International Baccalaureate 34, with 6, 5 in Higher Level Maths and either Physics, Chemistry or Electronics
BTEC Extended Diploma DD in Engineering or Applied Science (Plus) A in A Level Maths
Scottish Highers (Plus) 2 Advanced Highers AAABB (Plus) AB in Maths and either Physics, Chemistry or Electronics
Welsh Baccalaureate (Plus) 2 A Levels B (Plus) AA in Maths and either Physics, Chemistry or Electronics
Access to HE Diploma 60 credits overall in a relevant subject, with 45 credits at Level 3, including 36 credits at Distinction (to include Maths and Physics), and 9 credits at Merit. A Maths test may also be required

English language requirements
You must demonstrate that your English is good enough for you to successfully complete your course. For this course we require: GCSE English Language at grade 4/C, IELTS grade of 6.0 with a minimum of 5.5 in each component, or an alternative acceptable English language qualification
TOEFL iBT - Overall score of 80 with a minimum of 17 in Listening, 18 in Reading, 20 in Speaking and 17 in Writing

课程简介
This course provides a balanced education in both the theoretical and practical aspects of electrical engineering. You'll graduate with a thorough understanding of electrical and electromechanical engineering technologies, analysis and design methods for power and digital electronic circuits, power systems and electromechanical drive systems.<br><br>A broad-based course which provides you with expertise in a range of topics central to future developments in electrical engineering, as well as a good command of engineering principles. Core topics include power systems, power electronics, electrical machines and drives and motion control systems.<br><br>All our first-year students take part in the faculty's Global Engineering Challenge, working with students from other engineering disciplines to solve a real-world problem. All second years get to work on a week-long project devised by one of our industry partners. You'll also get the chance to work with an engineering company through the Sheffield Industrial Project Scheme.
