This MSc programme offers a unique combination of pharmaceutical sciences, technology, medicines control, and pharmaceutical innovation. It is designed to provide you with a comprehensive understanding of how new pharmaceutical products are developed, tested, and brought to market. The programme covers advanced theoretical knowledge in pharmaceutical formulation, with a strong emphasis on processing technologies used in drug development and manufacturing. It also explores the scientific principles behind dosage form design and production. Medicines control is another key focus of the programme. You will gain insight into: regulatory requirements drug licensing quality assurance pharmacovigilance pharmaceutical supply chains These areas are critical to ensuring the safety, efficacy, and quality of medicines across global markets. In addition to scientific and regulatory knowledge, the programme also introduces you to the processes of pharmaceutical product innovation. This includes the discovery and evaluation of new medicines, clinical trial procedures, and strategies for product launch and market access.
