To be eligible for admission to an associate degree program at HCC, applicants must submit documentation that they have the equivalent of one of the following: high school equivalency certificate (GED) Associate or higher degree standard high school diploma High School If you graduated from a high school in the United States, please request that final, official transcripts be sent to HCC in a sealed envelope or electronically directly from your high school by the given application deadline. Transcripts must include your final grades and graduation date. Opened transcripts are considered to be unofficial and will not be accepted. IELTS academic overall band score of 5.5 or higher TOEFL score of 61 (iBT) or higher.

课程简介

The welding technology post-secondary adult vocational (PSAV) program builds a solid foundation and advanced knowledge of a variety of welding applications in preparation for AWS certification and a career in a welding field. The coursework covers welder helper, shielded metal arc, gas metal arc, flux cored arc, gas tungsten arc, and pipe welder. This program includes an internship and can be completed in three semesters.<br><br>This curriculum is from the current college catalog and is meant to provide prospective students an example of courses taken in this degreecertificate. It is not intended to be used for graduation requirements. Students should consult an advisor for graduation information.
