国际学生入学条件
Freshmen are assured admission to Wichita State if they meet the following-
Have a cumulative 2.25 unweighted or higher GPA on a 4.00 scale, OR
Achieve an ACT composite of 21 or higher OR a minimum combined SAT ERW M score of 1060 (test optional for admission)
ADMISSION BASED ON GRADES FROM HIGH SCHOOL
For this option, the SAT or ACT is NOT required for admission.
This option is for students who have already graduated from high school (or will soon graduate from high school).
Students who have attended another college or university will be considered for transfer admission- even if they do not want transfer credit from their previous school.
Students must submit final high school transcripts.
Transcripts or examination results may be sent away for verification. If selected, it may take some time for the verification results to be returned.
The TOEFL or IELTS are not required to apply
OPTION 2- ADMISSION BASED ON SAT OR ACT RESULTS
The SAT or ACT is required for this option.
This is the best option for students who want admission before completing high school or do not meet the admissions requirements in Option 1.
If you have taken the SAT or ACT, you may apply during your final year of high school.

The Bachelor of Science (BS) in chemistry from Wichita State combines its quality curriculum with top-notch facilities for student-faculty research. You'll learn from professors who are active in their fields. And you'll develop the knowledge and skills needed for success in graduate school and for a wide variety of chemistry-related careers. At Wichita State, applied learning is everything. In fact, every degree we offer has a guaranteed applied learning or research experience built right into it equipping you with the relevant skills and experience to make you workforce ready before graduation. The program introduces you to the chemical literature-and the techniques and challenges involved in research. You'll learn the basics of inorganic, organic, analytical and physical chemistry, preparing you to be a professional chemist. Once you complete this program, you'll also receive American Chemical Society certification.
