A B.S. or equivalent degree in Chemistry or closely related discipline is required by the time of the start of graduate studies. The minimum undergraduate GPA is 3.0.

For international students, a minimum TOEFL score of 79 (internet based) or 550 (paper based) is required. Alternatively, an IELTS score of 6.5 or higher is required.

课程简介

The program in Chemistry is designed to encourage a broad education while remaining flexible enough to permit students to pursue their own interests and to develop programs to satisfy their goals. An alternative M.S. degree program permits earning a graduate degree in chemistry without having to prepare a thesis. Approximately two years are required to complete the minimum of 30 credit hours of graduate level coursework (including at least 12 credit hours at the 500 level).
