气象

气象学（Meteorology）是把大气当作研究的客体，从定性和定量两方面来说明大气特征的学科。主要集中研究大气的天气情况和变化规律和对天气的预报。气象学是大气科学的一个分支，气象学家需要结合数学理科方面的知识，用科学原则来解读、理解、观测、预测地球的大气现象以及大气如何影响地球和地球上的生物。

气象就业前景

气象学的学生毕业后可在农业气象及生态环境监测调控、信息分析处理、资源开发利用和防灾减灾等科研、教学和业务部门工作。
