Our Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology integrates scientific and humanistic approaches to study the human condition, as well as modern approaches to anthropology. In our state-of-the-art labs, you'll develop the technical skills of a working anthropologist. Through coursework, you'll study cultural, biological, prehistoric, and language systems and gain career skills like critical thinking, writing, communication, and hands-on research. You can also take advantage of opportunities for fieldwork and internships. A degree in Anthropology provides opportunities to study and understand human social, cultural, biological, prehistoric, and language systems. The program features a holistic cross-cultural approach that includes research, fieldwork, and service. Students round out their studies with four terms of language (or via CLEP-demonstrated proficiency).
