To apply for admission to Seattle Colleges, international students must submit an online application, which includes completing a questionnaire, uploading all necessary documents. Depending on your applicant type, you may need to provide different documents and/or information with your application. You must also send all required documents by the deadline and be at least 16 years old by the first day of classes. Documents will be uploaded with the online application. Students who will still be underage (16 or 17) by the start of classes must provide a copy of their high school transcripts or a copy of their high school diploma. Proof of English proficiency is not required for admission to Seattle Colleges. However, if you want to skip the English placement test, you can provide proof of English proficiency in advance.
TOEFL iBT - 64, Writing 17
IELTS - 6.0, Writing 5.0
SAT - 510 in Reading and Writing
ACT - 19 for both English and Reading
TOEFL PBT - 507, Writing 4.0
U.S. high school graduation with GPA of at least 2.0

Physics classes at North fulfill several distinct needs for students. Our algebra-level series - General Physics I, II and III - is both a prerequisite for higher level courses and the required series for many career choices both at North and at 4-year schools, including architecture, premed, biology, construction management, electronics, EET, physical therapy and nanotechnology. North's physics faculty members have strong credentials - PhDs or master's degrees - and are focused on creating learning opportunities in the classroom rather than on research. Faculty represent a range of teaching styles, from those who prefer a traditional math approach to those who prefer a multi-representational/more hands-on approach.
