Applicants must have received a four-year bachelor's degree or equivalent degree in computer science, informatics, or a related field from an accredited college or university. In addition, applicants must have the necessary academic preparation to complete graduate level courses in the program - for example, for computer science degrees, you should have had courses in data structures, machine organization and assembly language, and discrete structures.
Applicants should have successfully demonstrated undergraduate coursework in the following:
Foundational concepts of computer science
Principles of computer organization and operating systems
Data structures and algorithm analysis
Computer architecture, compilers and networks
Programming language such as Java, C, or C++
All non-native English speakers must be proficient in English. Many of our students score 100 or above for TOEFL, 7.0 or above for IELTS, and 120 or above for Duolingo.

Our technology-focused cybersecurity master's degree takes a highly technical, multifaceted approach to cybersecurity. In this two-year program, you will become adept at many aspects of cybersecurity, including networking, access control, cryptography, forensics, human-computer interaction, and social engineering. When you graduate, you will be ready to use the latest tools for identifying and mitigating threatsand you will be ready to design innovative tools of your own. Develop a deep understanding of computing systems and networks. Master the fundamental ideas, skills, models, and tools of cybersecurity and privacy, including technical and social approaches. Get hands-on, practical experience applying security skills, usually through internships. Use electives to enhance your technical skills or explore areas of interest. Cybersecurity relies on secure coding. In this degree, you'll have the opportunity to master networking, access control, cryptography, and forensics. You'll learn the latest tools for identifying and mitigating threats, and you'll be prepared to develop your own innovative methods for defeating malicious attackers.
