The primary goal of North's Computer Science program is to prepare you for successful transfer to a 4-year institution. Three levels of computer science courses satisfy the prerequisites for most computer science and engineering departments at the UW and other universities. North transfers many students to 4-year colleges every year. These students succeed in all areas of engineering and computer science.<br><br>CS courses include Introduction to Computer Programming, Computers for Math and Science (non-major sequence), and Computer Programming I and II (major sequence).At North you can complete an AA degree, prepare for transfer to a 4-year college or university without a degree, or take courses to supplement your studies if you are a student elsewhere. In addition to coursework in programming, our introductory courses for non-majors satify requirements in other programs like science, health science and nanotechnology.
