If you are currently in high school -
- When you apply early acceptance.
- Interim High School transcript or predicted IB grades Documents can be official or unofficial.
- Official English proficiency test result if required See general admission criteria section above.
- Supplementary information required for competitive-entry programs may be required with your application.
If you have completed high school and not attended a postsecondary institution
- Final high school transcript sent by post or courier directly from the school to the Office of the Registrar or final IB results sent electronically directly from the IB Organization.

- You are required to apply as a transfer student In addition to the information provided above please refer to our university or college transfer applicant requirements.
Minimum score of 24 on the IB Diploma with completion of the required subject areas or completion of another recognized High School diploma program.
The IB certificate and career programs are not acceptable for admission unless another recognized High School diploma or certificate has been awarded.
IELTS - A minimum overall band score of 6.5 on the IELTS Academic with at least a band 6 in reading and writing General training results are not acceptable.
For admission to winter Jan 2025 and later A minimum score of 83 on the TOEFL iBT or TOEFL iBT Home Edition with a minimum score of 20 in reading and writing
For admission to fall Sept 2024 and earlier A minimum score of 79 on the TOEFL iBT or TOEFL iBT Home Edition with a minimum score of 20 in reading and writing and not less than 17 in listening and speaking.
Duolingo English Test DET until spring 2025 only - Requirement A minimum overall score of 115.
Pearson Test of Academic English PTE ACADEMIC - Requirement - For admission to winter Jan 2025 and later A minimum overall score of 60.
For admission to fall Sept 2024 and earlier A minimum score of 58 in each of the reading writing listening and speaking components of the PTE is required.

The physics program at Grenfell Campus will satisfy your curiosity about how the universe works. This four-year bachelor of science program explores everything from the smallest nucleus to the farthest galaxies. Students learn the fundamentals giving them a strong foundation to build on. You can choose your direction of study by selecting courses in subatomic and particle physics, astronomy and cosmology.<br><br>People who study physics want to learn how the universe works. Their curiosity takes them from the realm of the very tiny the structure of an atom's nucleus to the very big the structure of the universe and everywhere in between You can learn about astrophysics and cosmology through one of Atlantic Canada's largest astronomical telescopes right here at the Grenfell Observatory. Or you can explore the fundamentals of electricity and magnetism, quantum mechanics, geophysics, and particle physics. You can shape your program so you concentrate on what most intrigues you.
