图形通信

图形通信是传送和接收图像信号或称之为图像信息的通信。它与目前广泛使用的声音通信方式不同，传送的不仅是声音，而且还有看得见的图像、文字、图表等信息，这些可视信息通过图像通信设备变换为电信号进行传送，在接收端再把它们真实地再现出来。可以说图像通信是利用视觉信息的通信，或称它为可视信息的通信。
