Whatever your chosen path, you will be equipped to thrive in our globally interconnected world.<br>The first of its kind in Canada, Laurier's Bachelor of Arts (BA) in International Education Studies is a collaboration between the Faculty of Education and the Department of Global Studies, in the Faculty of Arts. <br><br>In your Faculty of Education courses, you'll develop skills in instructional planning, understanding curriculum, engaging students, and teaching for diversity and inclusion. Youll also gain the basics in teaching language and literacy, adult education, mathematics, and international curricula. Most of your courses will take an explicitly intercultural or international approach to teaching practice, often focusing on issues of equity and social justice.
