The Aboriginal Education Support Worker diploma is designed to prepare you with the knowledge and skills to better support Indigenous students in public, Indigenous, or private K-12 schools, their families, and school communities.<br>College of the Rockies was the first post-secondary institution in BC to offer an Aboriginal Education Support Worker (AESW) diploma program.
