To ensure that students are successful, it takes hundreds of staff members at all levels (i.e., entry, mid-level, and upper-level), working together to make students' experiences a positive one and to assist students in accomplishing their educational goals. College and university administrators can participate in a number of professional specialties. Today's colleges and universities are a complex, highly layered management organization with potentially thousands of clients and far reaching influence in the community. This position will be one of the most challenging leadership roles in all of education.
