国际学生入学条件
The graduate application process is competitive. At the point of applying to the M.Ed. program, applicants must have already accumulated the equivalent of two years of full-time, paid, relevant experience following completion of their four-year undergraduate degree (or following the B.Ed. completion in the case for INCL EDUC and Curriculum Studies applicants). The two full-time equivalent (FTE) years may be accumulated over a period longer than two years. Relevant work experience for those applying to the School Counselling stream includes teaching and/or other related work. Relevant work experience for those applying to the Agency stream is 'helping-focused' employment in social services areas (that calls for strong interpersonal and communication skills).

课程简介
阿卡迪亚大学领导力教育硕士旨在培养学校管理人员的技能
Acadia University's Master of Education in Leadership is designed to build the skills of school administrators, teachers, and other professionals engaged in administrative capacities. In our program, you will explore fundamental concepts of leadership and organization are discussed alongside concepts of social justice, democratic action, equity, empowerment, and change. Our program will be valuable whether you are interested in administrative positions or a supervisor, classroom teacher, or other educational professional, or if you are interested in leadership in other organizational settings. Our program does not assume an understanding of the structure of schools and school districts: instead, you will explore the nature of these unique organizations and the ways in which our tacit images of schools influence our behaviour in them.
