Academic entry requirements:

Successful completion of Australian Year 12 or equivalent with minimum ATAR of 50 or Foundation Program or AQF Certificate IV.

English Language entry requirements

IELTS: 5.5 overall score (no band less than 5.5)

TOEFL iBT: Overall score of 60 with minimum 12 in Reading, 11 in Listening, 17 in Speaking and 20 in Writing

PTE: 46 (no band less than 46)

The Diploma of Psychological Studies is designed to provide you with a broad introduction to the field of psychology in a supportive, student-centred learning environment. The program will prepare you for further study or for an entry level professional career.You will explore a broad range of subject areas relating to psychology as practice, study and science. You will have a better understanding of career planning and management, as well as develop literacy skills that will enhance your academic and professional communication and language capabilities.Once you complete the Diploma of Psychological Studies, opportunities include progression to the second year of the degree program in Psychology, or an entry level position in the business sector.Duration and course structure1 year to be completed in 3 trimesters (8 units)Intake DatesJanuary, May, September
