The Hispanic Studies Department offers a wide variety of programs at the undergraduate and graduate levels and provides plentiful opportunities for experiential learning. Our students have many opportunities to study the Spanish language and experience Hispanic cultures through study abroad. In recent years, undergraduates in Hispanic Studies have been involved in celebrating Dia de los Muertos and Chicana/Chicano Festival de Artes, and have participated in UNC's World Language Day, Spanish poetry contests and Sigma Delta Pi, the national honor society.<br><br>Whether you?re looking to become more marketable in business or broaden your cultural horizons, learning Spanish will be a rewarding experience.
