The Bachelor of Arts in Russian and History is designed for students who wish to combine advanced study of the Russian language with a comprehensive background in history. The Russian coursework included in the Russian and History major will enable students to communicate with people of different linguistic and cultural backgrounds and foster understanding between cultures in our global society. The required coursework in History aims to illuminate the human condition, providing the context for defining one's place in the world and giving meaning to our endeavors against the backdrop of our heritage.
