艺术与设计系向那些寻求艺术史专业的扎实的文科教育的学生推荐该学位。学生可以继续攻读文学硕士或博士学位。在获得艺术史专业的文学学士学位后，又获得了艺术史专业的博士学位。鼓励文学士学位的学生与顾问讨论职业选择。具有艺术史专业的艺术学士学位需要辅修。请咨询美术与设计系，以分配合适的顾问。所有学生在选择班级和所需的未成年人时都必须与导师紧密合作。
The Department of Art & Design recommends this degree for those students seeking a solid liberal arts education with a specialization in Art History. The student may continue toward the M.A. or Ph.D. in art history after earning a B.A. degree in Art with an Art History concentration. B.A. degree students are encouraged to discuss career options with an advisor. The B. A. in Art with an Art History concentration requires a minor. Consult with the Department of Art & Design for assignment of appropriate advisor. It is essential that all students work closely with their advisors in selecting classes and the required minor.
