Scottish Qualifications Authority
48 Points. All applications to be referred to the Admissions Tutor.
Irish Leaving Certificate
Normal minimum entry requirements are 3334.
International Baccalaureate
28 overall. English and Mathematics accepted within. Higher Level = 4 Standard Level = 5
IELTS - 6.0 overall 5.5 in all four components (listening, reading, speaking, and writing)
TOELF - 76 Component scores of listening 17, reading 18, speaking 20, writing 18.
T level, merit, any subject.
All candidates must be able to reflect on some experience in relevant educational setting(s).
English language requirements.

Non-academic requirements
All candidates will be required to complete a satisfactory DBS (formerly CRB) Enhanced Disclosure, register with the Independent Safeguarding Authority and complete a criminal convictions self-declaration form.
All candidates must be deemed fit to teach.

Our accelerated two-year degree in Primary Education takes a critical look at educational theory and the primary practices it underpins.
