The Master's program in Student Affairs and Higher Education is designed to provide students with studies in Student Affairs that focus on a comprehensive model of leadership in higher education and student development. The blending of theory to practical work experience creates a thriving learning environment where students explore new ideas, bring them to the table, and learn from one another. The program provides research and practical learning opportunities through practicum and internship experiences as well as through the application of classroom knowledge via theory-to-practice emphasis in their coursework.Students also benefit from the close collaboration of the program faculty with the Division of Student Affairs and other administrative staff. Students are afforded opportunities for personal and professional growth and development.
