How do we grow enough food whilst lessening environmental impact How do we maintain and support a healthy natural environment How do we protect ecosystems from biological threats This 3-year, full-time Lincoln University degree will prepare you to face the big issues via a flexible programme of scientific study.<br>How you’ll grow<br>Create your own science major in an area not covered by the named Majors, focusing on biochemistry, genetics, animal science or plant science.<br>Learn how to apply your knowledge through the environment, through ecosystems, plant ecology or at a molecular level.<br>Build on a firm grounding in basic sciences by combining study in areas that interest you such as ecology, soil science, genetics or animal science.<br>Preparing you to contribute to sustainable management and conservation of land, water, air and New Zealand’s abundant natural resources. <br>Career opportunities<br>Lincoln’s Bachelor of Science will prepare you for roles in environmental land management, conservation and restoration.
