Primary schools throughout Victoria, Australia offer high quality learning in a caring environment and welcome international students.​ Young international students can enrol in any Victorian government primary school if there is a place available for them. Ap​​ply to us and we will do our best to place your child at a school that suits them and is close to their new home. Primary school classes are divided into Prep and Years 1 to 6 (total duration up to 7 years)​. Prim​ary school in Victoria is the learning place for students up to 12 or 13 years old. To enter Prep, students must be 5 years of age on or before 30 April that year to be eligible (applicable to dependant fee category​ students only). Standard fee category students must be at least 6 years of age at the time of their visa application. Grade 6 is the final year of primary school and students are usually 12 to 13 years of age.
