探索互动媒体的世界
The Interactive Arts and Science (IASC) program focuses on the intersection of digital technologies and the humanities. The program prepares the next generation of digital media innovators and scholars.The IASC program features academic and hands-on experiences that blend theory and practice. Students explore digital and interactive tools for analyzing, representing and visualizing ideas across disciplinary subjects.<br><br>You’ll complete collaborative project work in interactive media while learning about related concepts and production methods.<br><br>Students interested in media design and creation can access courses in visual arts and theatre; those wanting to learn programming can choose options in applied computing; and those interested in the possibilities of narrative can pursue courses in English, Film and popular culture. Qualified fourth-year students participate in the program’s capstone production course, bringing together design, art, story, interaction and production in a fully developed interactive media product.<br><br>IASC students can choose to participate in internships to gain practical experience — learning from industry leaders and using cutting-edge technology in 3D modelling, motion capture, visual effects, live-action video and 3D printing.
