Applicants will be considered for admission to CSUN as an international freshman if you meet the following requirements: You have earned a minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 grading scale, or an average of "B" grades on an "A - F" letter grading scale. (CSUN will convert your international GPA when you apply for admission.)

iTEP Academic - International Test of English Proficiency: 3.8

PTE Academic - Pearson’s Test of English: 50

课程简介

The construction industry is the single largest industry in America, accounting for 14 percent of the nation's Gross National Product (GNP). Students interested in becoming a construction manager need a solid background in building science, business and construction management. They need to understand contracts, plans and specifications, and they have to be knowledgeable about construction methods, materials and laws and regulations. Familiarity with computers and software programs for job costing, scheduling and estimating also is important. The CSUN undergraduate Construction Management program prepares students for lifelong careers in the construction industry that will allow them to make productive contributions to the construction field and society, and to find job satisfaction.
