Transcripts: Official high school transcripts are required.
Letter of Recommendation: Submit one letter of reference that provides insight into your academic competence. A reference from a teacher or counselor is encouraged. You will be prompted to provide recommender information when submitting your application for admission.
Personal Essay: Submit a writing sample to share more information about yourself. Some programs require applicants to address a specific topic and submit a supplemental essay, so please carefully review the instructions and prompts when submitting your application.
Portfolio (Optional): Students applying to a Jefferson design program are encouraged, but not required, to submit a portfolio of their creative works.
Healthcare Experience (Optional): Students applying to certain accelerated or dual degree programs may be encouraged, but not required, to submit a summary of any health-related activities, community service, shadowing or internship hours that you have achieved. Please review the instructions within the application for your program when prompted.
GPA: minimum 2.75 cumulative GPA
TOEFL Exam: minimum 80 IBT or IBT Home Edition (no sub-score below 20), exam must have been taken within last two years
TOEFL Essentials Exam: minimum 8.5 (no sub-score below 8), exam must have been taken within last two years
IELTS Exam: minimum 6.5 (no sub-score below 6), exam must have been taken within last two years

The Bachelor of Science in Construction Management program at Thomas Jefferson University is accredited by the Applied and Natural Science Accreditation Commission (ANSAC) of ABET. ABET-ANSAC evaluates 4-year Construction Management programs to approve that Graduates of Construction Management programs will have the knowledge, as well as the technical, administrative and communication skills, necessary to succeed in the construction industry. The STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) program, BS in Construction Management emphasizes the importance of a rich and productive collaboration between construction, project management and design.<br>The industry-centered curriculum prepares students for leadership roles in this challenging, multi-faceted, competitive field to contribute to a project or firm immediately upon graduation. Our faculty of experts in the construction management profession bring invaluable real-world experience to the classroom, teaching technical skills with hands-on applications, decision-making techniques and the principles of environmental sustainability.<br>Jefferson's construction management program's mission is to prepare students to be ethical, innovative problem-solvers who understand the full construction business model. Upon graduation, students possess a working knowledge of the construction business model and will be equipped with the technical knowledge and administrative and communication skills to plan and manage each phase of the construction process.
