Applicants must have a pre-entry assessment meeting with the program head to identify admission requirements.
All applicants required to meet the following requirements in addition to one of the options (A, B, C, or D) described below:
English language proficiency: Category 1 – English Studies 12 (73%) or equivalent
Work experience: a minimum of twelve months relevant work experience prior to admission.
IELTS Academic - Overall score 7 No band less than 6.0.
TOEFL (iBT) - Overall score 90 No section score less than 20.

The Bachelor of Technology Construction Management (BTech CM) degree program equips students with the skills necessary to effectively manage construction projects of varying complexity and size. The program focuses on developing management, technical and interpersonal skills, while introducing practical tools and current approaches used in the industry to plan, manage and track construction projects from conception to completion. <br>The core competencies of an effective construction manager – the ability to think critically, to thoroughly analyze situations, to utilize the appropriate tools and processes and to effectively engage stakeholders – are the cornerstones of our program.
