Queen's University, as part of the Russell Group, is one of the best places to study Architecture in the UK. In 2014-2015, Queen's Architecture was ranked 1st in the UK for student satisfaction in The Sunday Times League Table. In the 2018 Guardian League Table of 49 schools of architecture we are ranked 1st in the UK for Added Value, 7th for Career Prospects and 7th Overall. Our established reputation generated over 50 years means that our graduates are often placed with leading employers from around the world. They are those who will be leaders in their fields, creatively rethinking the past, present and particularly the future of the built environment. Students explore design in a studio environment, contextualised by courses in history/theory, technology/environment and professional practice. The course is modular in structure, allowing students to learn and develop their skills through an extensive range of topics, which grow in complexity throughout Stages 1, 2 and 3 of the degree.
