Official secondary school transcripts identifying subjects taken, marks received and graduation date. If you have not yet graduated from your secondary school, a transcript showing all completed work may be accepted for early admission. External examination reports should be provided when applicable.
Official transcripts with subjects and marks received from any colleges or universities attended.
Undergraduate applicants who have no previous work at the post-secondary level must have at least a 2.5 grade point average (on a 4.0 scale) from a secondary school.
Duolingo English Test minimum score of 100
IELTS - 6.0, TOEFL IBT - 70, TOEFL PBT - 525.

A recipe for food innovation. How foods are made, kept safe, the way they are packaged, even the way they taste, feel or look, are all results of food science. In this program, you will study biology, chemistry, nutrition, engineering and other sciences. You will learn to apply this knowledge in the laboratory to research and develop new or improved food and beverage products with novel flavors, textures and colors. Much of your education will take place in the on-campus labs, where you could examine food-spoiling bacteria, analyze foodborne pathogens, collect taste-sensory data, or learn how to process and package meat, dairy and cereal products.
