A 2.5 on a 4.0 Grade Point Average scale is required from your secondary school.
Official secondary school transcripts identifying subjects taken, marks received and graduation date.
The substitutions are considered to be equivalent to a TOEFL score of 525/70 and are available only for undergraduate students applying for admission in degree and non-degree seeking programs.
TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language) with a minimum score of 70
IELTS (International English Language Testing System) with a minimum score of 6.0

课程简介
How foods are made, kept safe, the way they are packaged, even the way they taste, feel or look, are all results of food science. In this program, you will study biology, chemistry, nutrition, engineering and other sciences. You will learn to apply this knowledge in the laboratory to research and develop new or improved food and beverage products with novel flavors, textures and colors. Much of your education will take place in the on-campus labs, where you could examine food-spoiling bacteria, analyze foodborne pathogens, collect taste-sensory data, or learn how to process and package meat, dairy and cereal products.
