Complete each of the courses in the comprehensive pattern of college preparatory subject requirements with a grade of C or higher prior to high school graduation.
3.0 GPA or greater in college preparatory subjects.
Submit original and certified English copies of transcripts from all institutions attended:
You must list all high schools/secondary institutions attended on your application to avoid a delay in processing.
Transcripts must show grades through the first half of your final year. Please do not send transcripts until those grades are posted to avoid having to submit multiple transcripts.
Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) Paper-based 500, Internet-based (iBT) – 61, International English Language Testing System (IELTS) - 5.5 each sub-section.

The B.A. in Child Development and Family Studies allows students to complete their Bachelor's degree specialized in either Child Development and Family Studies or Family Life Education. As an integrative and interdisciplinary specialization, it provides a comprehensive academic and professional preparation to serve in different roles that influence and enhance the quality of life of children and families. Students may complete the requirements of the Child Development (CD) Permit by the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing and the Family Life Education certification requirements stipulated by the National Council on Family Relations.
