Submit official SAT/ACT scores.
As a freshman applicant, you must provide the Office of International Admissions & Programs (OIAP) with the equivalent of transcripts and secondary diploma from your home country.
If you are entering UHCL with prior university credit, you must also provide OIAP with official transcripts, individual mark/grade sheets (showing all passes and fails) and confirmation of degrees or diplomas for all academic studies attempted and completed at other college/universities.
Official International English Language System (IELTS) scores of 6.0 or higher, TOEFL - scores of 79, TOEFL exam - 550 on the paper-based TOEFL exam,

Students who are not degree seeking, but seeking licensure, may enroll in counseling courses with prior approval of the program coordinator. In each case, students must meet the stated course prerequisites and space must be available in the course.
