Prepare for a career in the rapidly globalizing world. The ability to work with people from other cultures is becoming ever more important, and speaking a foreign language will give you a head start in almost any field. AUM's World Languages and Cultures program provides the opportunity to develop the basic knowledge and skills necessary to participate in international careers and intercultural activities. It also lays the foundation for continued studies in several advanced or professional degree programs. Points of Pride China Study Abroad Program in Beijing with AUM's Confucius Institute, and Study Abroad opportunities in other languages. Unlike other language programs, AUM's program goes far beyond literary studies to embrace the society and culture of other countries. Small classes. Upper-level courses usually have fewer than 12 students per class, so students get plenty of opportunity to practice their skills.
