A Philosophy degree consists of interdisciplinary topics like the history of philosophy, logic, philosophy of science, aesthetics and more. The coursework will introduce you to basic philosophical problems, ancient and early modern philosophy, logic and ethics and approaches to knowledge and reality. In this program, youll develop critical thinking, a close eye when reading, clear writing, and logical analysis skills that are highly valued by any employer.<br>The Department of Philosophy and Classics offers Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degrees in Classical Studies and Humanities, and Philosophy. Minors are offered in Classical Studies, Humanities, Philosophy, and Religious Studies. Honors may be earned in Classical Studies and Humanities, and Philosophy.<br>UTSA is all about your success.
