International Baccalaureate (IB) - IB Diploma with passes in six subjects: three passes at the Standard-level and three passes at the Higher-level, or two passes at the Standard-level and four passes at the Higher-level. Minimum IB Diploma point scores of 30 or higher is recommended (scores of 28 will be considered).Minimum 4 is required in each subject unless otherwise indicated. IB Certificate candidates with six subjects are considered for admission, Transfer credit granted for IB courses with Higher-level final grades of 5 or better, depending on the program (maximum 30 credits). Prerequisites listed correspond to Standard-or Higher-level.
General Certificate of Education (GCE) - Minimum of two Advanced-level (A2) passes and three GCSE or IGCSE Ordinary-level (O-level) passes. Minimum average of C is required on Advanced-level and Ordinary-level passes. Grades of E are not considered. Prerequisite courses (minimum of C unless otherwise indicated) must be presented atthe Advanced-level. Transfer credits may be awarded for A level courses completed with a C or better.

Become a thoughtful, critical, and engaged citizen capable of thinking carefully about what really matters and aspiring to live authentically. Youll study current problems and historical perspectives in courses that explore critical thinking, social and political philosophy, philosophy of mind and language, and many other subfields of philosophy. In small classes taught by accessible, dedicated instructors, youll be encouraged to participate, ask questions, and debate theories and ideas. Through lively exchanges, youll develop a better understanding of different points of view and become a better thinker, debater, and writer key skills for any career path you may choose.<br><br>In our bilingual program, youll get the essential components of a liberal arts education, including courses that encourage discussions of values, religion, meaning, and our relation to nature and the state. Youll also earn valuable critical thinking skills, since analyzing and evaluating reasoning is an essential component of philosophy.<br><br>Youll benefit from the small size of most Philosophy classes, which will allow you to get to know your professors and classmates well. Youll be encouraged to participate actively in class, to ask questions, and to argue for or against the theories and ideas being presented.
