这项为期两年的安大略省大学文凭课程提供了传统和跨平台新闻业的实践培训。屡获殊荣的《阿尔冈昆时报》在2015年被评为加拿大最佳校园报纸，而渥太华的学生杂志《胶》则是该计划第二和第三级的主要学习出版物。学生产生故事的想法，编写和编辑副本，创建照片和视频新闻，并为CKDJ学院广播电台制作新闻广播。在第四级，学生在媒体上完成野外实习，并学习如何做自由记者。
The two-year Journalism Ontario College Diploma program equips you with the versatile creative and technical skills you need to report and research accurate stories for readers, listeners and viewers. Alongside experienced, industry-connected faculty, you develop the core journalistic skills required to report on your areas of interest. These may include people, current affairs or specialized sectors like sports, the environment, social justice, entertainment or gaming.<br><br>As a student, you become a staff member with the Algonquin Times, our award-winning campus newspaper, and Glue magazine, our Ottawa-wide student publication.
