The Organizational Sciences degree offers two specialization areas and is offered on campus and completely online. Organizational Communication specialization is primarily focused on the study of communication in a variety of contexts including interpersonal, organizational and intercultural settings. You will learn and refine effective communication skills such as persuasion, conflict management and leadership.
