Academic Transcripts
Unofficial transcripts can be accepted for admissions purposes, however official transcripts must be received prior to a student's registration for classes.
Transcripts must be submitted both in the native language and in an official English language translation.
Transcripts should list all courses taken in high school and should include grades/scores for each subject.
Students who have taken Advanced Placement Examinations (AP) of the College Board or the International Baccalaureate (IB) Program will be accepted with above average scores (AP grades higher than 3 and IB scores higher than 4) and should have the results forwarded to the Office of International Admissions. These results will be evaluated not only for admission but also for proper advanced standing and/or credit from HPU.

The mission of Hawaii Pacific University's Bachelor of Arts in Public Administration program is to provide students, especially non-traditional students, with career options and occupation opportunities in the U.S. Federal Government, State, City, and local governments, as well as nonprofit organizations. Focusing on the formal and practical study of executive management and institutional structure while recognizing the need for flexibility without sacrificing academic integrity, students will receive preparation to serve as supervisors, managers and leaders in the public service domain. Innovative course design and related program partnerships will provide both traditional and distance learning course delivery alternatives empowering our students to live, work and learn in an ever-changing global society.
