Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
A grade point average (GPA) of 3.0 or above either cumulative or for the last 90-quarter units or 60-semester units of course work including postbaccalaureate course work.
Students with a GPA of 2.75-2.99 may be considered based on their entire application including employment and any potential GRE scores. If you have GRE scores, submit them directly to the Department of Public Administration (NOT Admissions).

公共财务管理是政府普遍关注的问题。许多公共和非营利性机构都遇到了财务困难，导致了功能失调的政治动荡，服务响应速度降低以及公民对公共机构的信任度下降。公共财务管理专业通过五门课程来支持应用和理论公共财务专业知识的发展。它提供了一套很受公众和非营利机构高度重视并不断需求的技能。本专业为MPA毕业生做好准备，以在公共财务管理方面做出重要的组织贡献.A公共财务管理专业要求学生采取常规的MPA核心，包括PA 663：公共预算和财务以及PA 615：公共财务管理。
Public financial management is a universal governmental concern. Many public and non-profit agencies experience financial difficulties leading to dysfunctional political turmoil, lower service responsiveness, and erosion of citizen confidence in public institutions.<br><br>The Public Financial Management concentration supports development of applied and theoretical public financial expertise. It provides a skill set which is highly valued and in constant demand by public as well as nonprofit agencies. The concentration prepares MPA graduates to make strong organizational contributions focused on public financial management.
