国际学生入学条件
A bachelor's or first-level professional degree from a regionally accredited institution. If the degree is from a non-U.S. college or university, the institution must be recognized and approved by the Ministry of Education or Commission responsible for higher education in the country where the degree is earned. The degree must at least be equivalent to a four-year U.S. bachelor’s degree or first-level professional degree. The Registrar will vet and make a recommendation to Dean of School of Graduate Studies for approval
A satisfactory academic record.

This program is designed for graduate students interested in leading and managing community-based nonprofits and government at the local and regional levels. Coursework focuses on teaching you how to identify and evaluate urban problems, policies and policy options, and how to address community issues in entrepreneurial and innovative ways. This certificate may be earned alone or in combination with another graduate degree and is especially useful for those interested in tackling important challenges facing local and urban communities. This program prepares you for vital and rewarding roles in public policy. Graduates can go on to pursue leadership and management positions with government and nonprofit organizations.
